Looks like Do-Hyeok fans are sad after the release of the last episode of Nevertheless. The drama Nevertheless has a quite varied definition of love. It shows viewers a very unique concept that is different from the other dramas. It was good to see a not so perfect side of love or relationship.

Nevertheless is a South Korean television series starring Han So-Hee, Song-Kang, and Chae Jong-Hyeop.

Nevertheless Kdrama Review: Who Is It Going To Be, Jae-On Or Do-Hyeok?
Fans are rooting for Do-Hyeok, but who knows?

It is based on a popular webtoon of the same name which was first published on Naver webtoons. The story revolves around two people who are attracted to each other but are sceptical about love from their past experiences. It premiered on June 19, 2021, on JTBC and airs every Saturday at 23:00 KST. Each episode is released on Netflix in South Korea and then internationally after its broadcast.

The drama not just brings us a good story of brimming kisses but also a very catchy OST. Especially the song "Love Me Like That" by Sam Kim is so good to the ears.

Who Did Na-Bi End Up With?

Nevertheless Ending

In the webtoon, Na Bi ends up with Young Do Hyeok, the second male lead of the webtoon. Such a twist we have here, right? because in the drama Na Bi ends up with Park Jae On. The fans of the K-drama were expecting the same ending the but it seems like Do-Hyeok had a completely different fate. On a brighter note, it was somewhat good that Na Bi ended up with Jae-On and not Do-Hyeok. The fact that Na Bi and Jae On fits so well together excites the fans in a completely different way. Do-Hyeok is too good for Na-Bi.

What Is The Story Of Yun-Sol & Ji-Wan?

Sojiwan

Well! let us face it, Yun-Sol and Ji-wan ending up together were the only endgame fans were excited about. Despite being the side roles in the drama, they definitely became heartthrobs of everyone. No one saw their love story coming since K-dramas are very conservative so they keep it predominantly straight when it comes to releasing LGBTQ couples.  Showing a very deep bond of friendship between both the girls from the starting, Episode eight, in particular, saw a pivotal turning point for the two after Sol finally laid everything on the line and confessed how she feels about Ji-Wan. This was one of the most realistic scenes in the history of K-drama. Fans were expecting a bit more intimate scenes but obviously, that was not possible because of censorship.

Will Nevertheless Have A Season 2?

Who doesn't want to see the steamy romance between Yu Na-Bi and Park Jae-On? The way they ended the final episode was kind of vague and it did not have the same ending as that of the webtoon. So, it is possible to expect a season 2 for the drama. There are a lot of scenes in the webtoon which were not a part of the drama. Also, fans are already very eager for a new season as it has ended.
