The only exception is Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning (Part 5) released in 2021 which serves as a prequel to the Rurouni Kenshin series where we see the origin story of Kenshin Himura and how he becomes the Battousai.
His relationship with Tomoe Yukishiro, his wife is shown who chooses Himura Kenshin over her mission.
To be fair, Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning can be watched in the beginning or at the end, however, it is recommended to watch the movie at the end because it will be more interesting.
However, there’s no hard and fast rule so the fifth movie can be watched either at the beginning or at the end.
