From November 19th, 2019 to November 20th, 2020, they have compiled the best of 2020 for fans worldwide, ranking the best 30 and Top 5. Starting from the best-selling manga series in Japan; Demon Slayer is also known as Kimetsu no Yaiba takes the throne by selling 82,345,447 units.

Followed up by Kingdom, One Piece, Haikyu!! and Jujutsu Kaisen respectively.

For the best selling manga by volume Demon Slayer Volume, 18 and 19 take the throne. Best selling Light Novel by Volume was Demon Slayer Shiawase no Hana and Demon Slayer Yaiba Kataha no Cha.

Best selling Light Novel series? Demon Slayer up top, followed by Re: ZERO Starting Life in Another World and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.

Throughout their history, when considering the bigger picture, the manga series that have dominated the rankings and continue to do so are none other than timeless masterpieces such as One Piece, Shingeki No Kyojin, The Promised Neverland, Boku No Hero Academia, Blue Exorcist, Fairy Tail, Kimi No Todoke, and Naruto.

However, now it is evident that new, up and coming series like Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen has risen through the ranks especially fast these recent years.
