Naruto is considered one of the most popular anime and manga series in the world. We all have a special memory attached to the series. Released in the year 2002, the anime series continued till 2017 and became the most popular in the world.
The series is versatile, to say the least, with its variety of characters, clans of shinobi, plots twists, backstories, tragedies, and so on. The series introduced us to many legendary shinobi. However, none were on the same level as the "God of Shinobi" himself.
Hashirama Senju was granted the power of God due to his immeasurable strength and talent that no mere shinobi could ever hope to accomplish. He was the one to bring together several clans together and forge an alliance with them. With the help of Tobirama and Madara, Hashirama created the first shinobi village and soon after, other clans started following the same path.
This is how the Five Great Shinobi Nations came to be. Hashirama's powers were so legendary that even part of his cells was able to wonders in the advanced shinobi world.
It could heal even the most fatal of wounds and grant powers to those who'd consume or absorb it in their bodies. While Konoha had several people working together to make the best use of such powers, there were also those who used it for evil. Here are the 5 Naruto villains who exploited the powers of his cells.
1. Orochimaru

At some point after the disbandment of the team Hiruzen, Orochimaru became obsessed with gaining immortality. He was intrigued by Hashirama's rapid healing abilities and conducted relentless research on the latter's DNA. He even started experimenting on live humans.
A few years after his research, he even gained the ability after taking over the body of a White Zetsu clone, which contains Hashirama's cells. He also gained the ability to use Hashirama's wood Kekkei Genkai, one of the strongest in the series.
2. Madara Uchiha

Madara was the primary antagonist of the series and the first person to misuse Hashirama's cells. After he was defeated in his battle with Hashirama, he bit off the latter's flesh from his arm.
This enabled him to awaken Rinnegan at his old age, just before his age. After being reanimated in the fourth great shinobi war, he showed his ability to use wood release at an extremely high level.

3. Danzo Shimura

Danzo was one of the village elders and a leader of the Anbu Black Ops. He is also the most hated character in the series. There was nothing that he couldn't do if he felt it was necessary for the benefit of the village.
Danzo implanted a prosthetic arm containing Hashirama's cells and gained extraordinary feeling. With those cells, he gained Hashirama's ability to heal nearly any wound and the ability to use wood release.
4. Kabuto Yakushi

Kabuto didn't directly implant Hashirama's cells in himself. He absorbed Orochimaru after the latter was defeated by Itachi. This helped Kabuto gain Kabuto helped Obito and Madara in their plot with the war and he even cast the Reanimation Jutsu during the time of the war.
That jutsu resulted in several casualties in the war, to the point that it would have changed the course of the war if Itachi had not stopped it. After Itachi defeated him and put him in a Genjutsu, Kabuto changed his ways and turned good for the better.

5. Obito Uchiha

Obito was saved by Madara when he was fatally wounded in a mission. The left part of his body was completely destroyed and Madara had to implant Hashirama's cells to keep Obito alive. This resulted in a massive increase in his endurance, stamina, and healing.
It also allowed him to use Kamui and wood release without drawbacks. Sadly, Obito used his powers for evil purposes, launched an attack in Konoha, and waged a war against the Five Great Shinobi Nations.
