In the manga series Naruto, The Sharingan is shown as an ability that's present in the ninja which helps them to copy their opponent's techniques while gaining incredible powers and multiple abilities.
The meaning of Sharingan in English is the Copy Wheel Eye, which is a powerful inherited ability of the Uchiha clan. The Sharingan eye allows the user to facsimile a variety of attacks.
Kakashi got a Sharingan from his dying teammate in episode 471 and is also said to be very powerful. Though this doesn't conclude that he is the only best user of Sharingan. So, let's see who are the best and worst Sharingan users.
Worst Sharingan Users
Sarada Uchiha
Sarada is the only daughter of Sasuke, who inherited the Sharingan form. Although she was talented, her skills with the Sharingan were adequate, her skills were not anywhere near that of Sasuke or Itachi. I did this comparison not because I wanted to say Sarada was weak or that she can't improve. Maybe in the future, she will likely be among the best users of the Sharingan? Nonetheless, as a Genin, Sarada is easily among the weakest Sharingan users.
Danzo Shimura
Leader of Konohagakure’s Root ANBU division and a hateful villain who in due course fell at the hands of Sasuke. He stole Shisui’s Mangekyo Sharingan and also implanted his body with several Sharingan after the Uchiha clan slaughter.
As he was not an Uchiha, Danzo was not a good use of the eye like the others in the manga series. Even though he had the access to some of the bulk of overpowered abilities, for instance, Izanagi, Danzo simply wasted it and this is how he entered the list of Worst Sharingan users.
Tajima Uchiha
In episode 368 he was the leader of the Uchiha Clan during the Warring States era. Also the father of Madara Uchiha. He was widely known to have a fully mature Sharingan with which he could match Butsuma Senju in combat. There is not much about Tajima’s power, however, he didn’t have anything special up his sleeve and was much weaker than his sons. Though Madara was strong enough to fight him and his brother’s too.
Zetsu
He gained access to the powers of the Sharingan and the Mangekyo Sharingan during the Fourth Great Ninja War as he was taking control over Obito’s body.
Although we saw that Obito controlled Zetsu, that can be one of the reasons why he wasn't able to perform Jutsu efficiently. Zetsu was very powerful, but he wasn't able to control the powers and use Sharingan. This is why we can say that he didn't use the Sharingan in the best way possible.
Best Sharingan Users
Itachi Uchiha
Itachi Uchiha was the son of Fugaky, the leader of the Uchiha Clan in the manga series. At a very young age, he was known for his many astonishing skills and was also called a born genius. His skills with Sharingan were known to be gigantic. In episode 141 of the manga series, he was able to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan quite early and also mastered its powers to the fullest. Itachi was surely said to be one of the best Sharingan users in the whole manga series.
Madara Uchiha
How can we forget about him? Madara Uchiha was a legendary Uchiha figure from the Warring States, familiarly known to be the adversary to Hashirama Senju ( first Hokage of Konoha). As he was the one being Indra’s samara, Madara was especially talented, even among the Uchiha.
Madara also mastered his Mangekyo Sharingan at a very early age, just like Itachi did. He also went on to awaken the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan as well.
Obito
Far from the most known Uchiha Clan member, Obito wasn't born a prodigy. As we all know, he was among the members who awakened their Sharingan quite late. However, with time, he became one of the excellent users of this eye.
grateful for his Mangekyo Sharingan ability, because Obito was invincible in battle. Nonetheless, his skills with Genjutsu were so advanced that he somehow managed to put a quintessential Jinchuriki such as Yagura in an illusion, which was impossible without him.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the protagonists of the Naruto series. Being the only one who survived after the distortion of the whole clan by his brother Itachi Uchiha. This was the only thing that motivated him to become superior to his brother. He vowed to get stronger than his brother. A goal that he eventually met. Like Madara Uchiha, Sasuke is the Samara of Indra and is way more powerful than others and was blessed with immense powers and talents.
Indra Otsutsuki
Legendary Indra Otsutsuki, was the elder son of Hagoromo Otsutsuki, The Sage of Six Paths. He inherited the visual powers of his father and was born with immense powers of the Sharingan and his own. He was said to be so powerful that he could also defeat his own father. His skills with the Sharingan were so good that he made even the strongest characters look weak in front of him. We have to say without any doubt that Indra was the right and one of the absolute best users of the Sharingan.
