Demon Slayer: Mitsuri Kanroji Character Sketch

Mitsuri Kanroji is one of the best and most important supporting characters in Demon Slayer.

She is a lovely and adoring young lady.

Mitsuri is a part of the Demon Slayer Corps and the Love Hashira.

Her sword skills are amazing. Mitsuri cleared the final selection within just 6 months of her training.

Her combat style is based on love.

Personally, she loves to compliment people in her mind. Due to this, she’s named “The Hashira of Love”.

Basically, Mitsuri Kanroji is very kind and caring. However, she gets flustered quite quickly.

Her unbreakable bond with Obanai is the best example of her kindness.

Yet, she’s fierce and fearless. Mitsuri Kanroji shows no mercy to the Demons.

She’s honestly dedicated to the Demon Slayers Corps.

Even when Muzan put her out of the commission, she still had that zeal to come back and fight.

Mitsuri Kanroji and Her Reason

However, Mitsuri was very desperate to find a perfect partner.

She joined the Demon Slayer Corps so that she could find a mate stronger than herself.

This wasn’t easy.

Mitsuri Kanroji had tremendous physical strength. Yet, she was very personally very much in the wrong.

Mitsuri was very guilty of the reason why she joined the corps. Furthermore, she dragged herself into depression.

Mitsuri affected herself so much that she barely ate her food.

Obanai and Shinobu helped her get rid of these feelings.

Due to this, she acted childishly since Mitsuri Kanroji was very emotional.

But even after that, she fought fearlessly.

When someone asked about how to get the mask of Demon Slayers, she responded uncannily.

Mitsuri used different sounds to explain it. However, most of the time, Mitsuri is very cheerful and lively.

She gets excited quite quickly. After the battle against Gyokko and Hantengu, she grabbed her friends for a big group hug.

Mitsuri Kanroji and Obanai

When Muzan slashed her, Obanai rescued her from the battle. Mitsuri still wanted to be self-made.

She didn’t like when Obanai dragged her. Constantly, she kept requesting Obanai not to harm himself.

It showed the love between them. Yes, Mitsuri finally met her man of dreams.

They dreamt of marrying in the next life.
