Villains are the essence of any action series or movie. Without villains, there will be little to no reasons for heroes to exist either. No matter how hateful these characters are, they are the sole reason for adding thrill to the series.
Especially in an anime and manga series like My Hero Academia. The whole plot is about heroes fighting villains. The story centers around the life of a high school student who studies in the world's most prestigious school for the hero course.
