It's surprising because Rudy Greyrat is not as annoying as Eris Boreas Greyrat.
Eris is a troublesome and irritating character who has no trouble beating up Rudy on several occasions for no particular reason.
Although she is privileged and extremely pampered in the family, her behaviour is inexcusable as she torments literally so many of her previous tutors who were forced to quit.
Nevertheless, she is a good fighter, but her character requires a lot of tweaking.
15. Yurikawa Hana (Mieruko-chan)
There's a difference between being naive and extremely unaware of the situation and dangerous surroundings.
Yurikawa Hana is one of the most irritating and annoying characters in Mieruko-chan.
Although she is extremely pure, optimistic, and positive but naive, she is often the reason for stress for her best friend Miko Yotsuya.
Miko often ends up getting into strange situations and predicaments due to Hana's behaviour.
Although Hana means no harm and accidentally causes trouble for Miko, the fact that her annoying behaviour is something you cannot dismiss.

She is problematic, wanted criminal and more often creates problems than offer solutions.
There is barely any character development throughout the series and her actions will almost certainly annoy you definitely.
She is an egotistical, lazy and self-centred character who only cares about her well-being.

Ruby is often seen interrupting Toya and Yukito on purpose. Not only that, she wants Toya for herself and wants to separate Yukito from him.
She even wants to take Toya's power so that Yue is deprived of magical energy.
Ruby is fully aware that Yue needs the energy to survive but would do anything to separate Touya and Yukito on several occasions.
11. Akito Souma (Fruits Basket)
One of the most irritating and toxic characters of the Fruits Basket series is Akito Souma.
Her actions are absolutely unforgivable and no matter how much she repents later, the fact cannot be dismissed that she abused literally half the zodiac members.
Akito is responsible for traumatizing several characters and inflicting pain on Tohru Honda.
10. Greed (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood)
There are so many homunculi in the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood but no one comes closer to the most irritating character like Greed.
As his name suggests, he didn't hesitate to betray anyone to satisfy himself.
Greed possessed Ling Yao to sustain himself.
It's ironic that greed was killed by Father, his very creator.

7. Zenitsu (Demon Slayer)
Zenitsu is the only character in Demon Slayer that will get on your nerves.
His character design is very irritating and annoying. He is portrayed as a coward and often whines in missions.
Zenitsu is a powerful demon slayer but the powerful side is rarely shown in the series.
Despite having strength, he has low self-esteem and often says that he will not survive long due to the dangerous nature of the missions.
There is hardly any character development for Zenitsu which is another reason why he is a very irritating character in Demon Slayer.
6. Tatsumaki (One Punch Man)
One Punch Man has some of the coolest characters in the series, however, Tatsumaki is one of the most irritating characters.
Tatsumaki or Tornado is an S class hero in the series.
Her impression is brash, rude and has no filter in her mouth when she blatantly disrespects Saitama or anyone whom she deems unworthy.
Genos does not take well when Tornado insults his mentor and they often get into a debate.
She may be powerful, but she is one of the most annoying characters in the series.
5. Teruhashi Kokomi (The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.)
Teruhasi Kokomi is the only character in the disastrous life of Saiki K who is a borderline stalker and self-obsessed with the protagonist.
She would do anything to get close to Saiki without respecting his wishes of him to leave him alone.
Although she pretends to be the most perfect girl in the school, only Saiki Kusuo knows her true personality and avoids her at any cost.
4. Adam (Skate Infinity)
Adam is one of the most irritating characters in Skate Infinity and would do anything to harm his fellow skaters.
That's not the only reason why Adam is the most annoying character.
He is extremely obsessed with Langa and often looks down on Reiki.
Adam is an obnoxious, arrogant and self-centred character in the history of anime.
3. Park Mu Jin ( The God of High School)
If you think Rachel from the Tower of God is the height of annoyance, meet Park Mu Jin from the God of High school.
The existence of Park Mu Jin itself is the definition of irritating and annoying.
All the shady things and wrongful deeds are done by this character will make you hate him.
Hope Park Mu Jin gets Karma served to him and gets the retribution he deserves.

Orochimaru was one of the legendary Sannin and the main antagonist throughout the seasons.

Meet Uzaki Hana from Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai. Uzaki would do anything to hang out with her college senpai.
Although her intentions are not bad, her condescending behaviour is very irritating and she does not respect her senpai's opinion.
