It’s time for the wedding bells and people in Konoha were excited for the wedding of Naruto and Hinata. Almost everyone was surprised that the one couple to get married was Naruto and Hinata. Given Naruto had a history with Sakura, it was surprising yet cute to see Naruto get hitched with Hinata. The championed war hero is finally getting married and starting a family.
Naruto and Hinata’s friends were all excited and going over highs and lows to celebrate with the couple and get them the best gifts ever. Kakashi Hatake, the 6th Hokage had given a secret mission to everyone to get wedding gifts for Naruto and Hinata.
Although Kakashi had his own reason for the sudden scavenger hunt, people were equally thrilled and excited to get the couple the best wishes and loving gifts. The entire ordeal was cute and funny when different shinobis (Naruto and Hinata’s friends or mentors) were trying their best to celebrate the joyous occasion.
Let’s check out some of the cute and funny moments from Naruto and Hinata’s wedding preparations and celebrations.
1. Rock Lee’s Summertime of Youth and getting presents.
Both Rock Lee, TenTen, and Guy Sensei were hyped up trying to give the best gifts to Naruto and Hinata. After much deliberation, Rock Lee decided to think from Naruto’s perspective to give the couple appropriate gifts.
Rock Lee visited Ichiraku Ramen shop where he met Iruka Sensei. They exchanged a heartfelt conversation and decided to feel what Naruto thinks about ramen and life. In the end, Rock Lee and Guy sensei decided to get the couple special dumbbells to manage a happily married life.
Plus a customized suit as well, probably a couple of suits! Similarly, TenTen gifted special kunai which was pretty attractive. Similarly, Team 8 Kiba and Shino procured Honey wine as a precious wedding gift. Their story was quite serious and eye-opening.
2. Choji and Shikamaru’s gifts
Choji really outdid himself. He got Naruto and Hinata gift certificates for the exclusive place. It’s a place where people have to wait just to get the reservation. The reason it was funny was that Choji planned to go with the couple, although at a separate table.
If it’s food there’s bound to be a Choji! Shikamaru was in a real pinch because Ino ditched the guys to get something special for the couple. Shikamaru had an awkward encounter with Temari who was visiting the village for the Kage Summit.
Thanks to Choji, Shikamaru and Temari had more awkwardness and misunderstandings awaiting. Choji happily dumped the soon-to-be couple and went on his merry ways.
The entire day Shikamaru and Temari tried to awkwardly communicate but both of them were misunderstanding the situation. Shikamaru finally decided to go with hot springs reservation for Naruto and Hinata’s wedding gifts.
Unfortunately, Temari had misunderstood the situation and thought Shikamaru was interested in her. They ended up angrily and she knocked him a punch, but the situation was equally funny.
3. Sakura and Ino
The eternal rivals in pretty much everything, so when it comes to Naruto and Hinata how can they be left behind? Both Sakura and Ino were gung ho on the same gift, a cute frame perfect for the newlywed couple. The constant bickering between the girls got them kicked out of the store.
4. Choji- The Judge
When Sakura and Ino were fighting, Choji became the ultimate judge to decide who was more feminine. The way to prove superiority could be handled none other than a food fill contest.
Choji nearly choked to death after the taste test and had Sakura and Ino worried to death. Choji certified that both Sakura and Ino were masters in cooking. Happily, they reconciled and got cute gifts for the couple.
5. Hinata meet the Girls!
Hinata visited Sakura, Ino, and TenTen. The girls were happily discussing the girl talk, just when Sakura and Ino almost accidentally blurted out about the secret mission and gift thing.
The situation was funny because they tried to hide the fact but were barely able to cover up. Orochimaru stalking the Konoha village in the background made the serious scenes even more fun.
6. Killer Bee and Gaara with others
Killer Bee was super hyped because Naruto was getting married. He even requested personal time for entertainment for the wedding where the Raikage would dance.
Though this didn’t happen, Killer Bee and Kankuro were pressuring Gaara for extravagant gifts and even to dance. Surely the dance didn’t happen but the scenes were funny where Killer Bee was getting scolded.
7. Iruka sensei meets Hinata
In all honesty, Hinata was crying because of worry. However, when Iruka sensei saw her, he instantly thought it was Naruto’s fault and started apologizing. This showed how much he cared about Naruto and Hinata.
As Iruka sensei kept apologizing which was quite funny, to be honest, Hinata actually cheered up. The confusion and misunderstandings were clear as well. Well, it wasn’t because of Naruto she was crying.
8. Kakashi and Iruka sensei
Iruka sensei visited Kakashi and they had a conversation. It was funny to see Kakashi hyped up and even thank Iruka sensei for the solution. His solution to the problem was asking the Kazekage for manpower on Naruto and Hinata’s wedding. Kakashi asked Konohamaru to tag along to the Sand nation as well.

9. The Shy Gaara
The 6th Hokage, Kakashi pleaded his request to Kazekage Gaara for help. It was a heartfelt and sincere moment. What’s funny was the scene after. Konohamaru was recording messages for Naruto and Hinata’s wedding, and when Gaara was asked to record a message, he became shy. He hurriedly ran off and that’s how the scene ends.
On the wedding day, we see the messages from Naruto’s friends. Sakura and Sai, TenTen, Might Guy sensei and Rock Lee, Kiba, Akamaru and Shino.
The kids from the academy, the teachers from the academy, Ichiraku Ramen shop who gave a lifetime of free ramen coupons to Naruto.
Kurenai and her daughter, even Orochimaru and Yamato sensei gave the congratulatory message.
Watching Konohamaru and the gang was cute. Gaara, Temari and Kankuro delivered a sincere message. The other Kages and Killer bee, 6th Hokage Kakashi, Lady Tsunade, and finally Iruka sensei completed the video message.
It was perfect! On the wedding day, the Kage entourage arrived, and Killer Bee get knocked by his brother is seriously funny. Sasuke didn’t make it to the wedding, but he send his heartfelt wishes as well.
10. Naruto and Hinata
The scene wasn’t funny but cute. Seeing Naruto and Hinata in traditional Japanese wedding wear was a dream. The couple looked so good and you can’t take your eyes off them. Naruto Shippuden Episode 500 ended with the couple about to get married.
