Plot
Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card revolves around Sakura, who’s now in Junior high. Syaoran is back from Hong Kong and attending the same school as her.
Sakura kept having prophetic dreams about a mysterious shadowed figure in a hood, who takes all of Sakura’s cards and render them clear and drain them of magic, turning them powerless.
The Clear Card arc focuses on the quest to capture new cards and investigate the cause of clear cards and figuring the identity of the hooded figure in Sakura’s dreams.
Who is the hooded person in Cardcaptor Sakura clear card?
The hooded and person in Sakura’s dreams is Akiho Shinomoto. Akiho lives with her caretaker, Yuna D. Kaito, who according to Eriol is dangerous and extremely powerful.
Both of them are new characters introduced in the Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card Arc. Their motives are still unknown, at least in the anime.
