5. Isabella (The Promised Neverland)

Isabella worked as the caretaker of the Grace Field House. Although initially, she appeared as a loving and affectionate mother, her character was twisted in a lot of ways.

She was a cold-hearted person who was working in the human trafficking business. Bella took a fatal wound from a demon and was not able to recover. Eventually, she died.

4. Esdeath (Akame Ga Kill)

Esdeath was basically the Grim Reaper in a uniform, known as the black cat of the show.

Wherever she went, death would soon follow her in dozens, sometimes even in hundreds. She was definitely ruthless and powerful.

3. Shou Tucker (Fullmetal Alchemist)

Out of all the villains in the entire anime world, this guy was one of the worst.  Shou was the most irresponsible and cruel dad.

He made sure that everyone who made him suffer, suffered in the worst way possible.  Nagato died on his own after resurrecting everyone he killed in his past.
